This will be a small group, and a new workshop format. If you haven't experienced Breathwork before I invite you to join us for a powerful practice. Breathwork is an active meditation that connects you to your unique energy. It is an incredibly healing practice that takes you beyond your physical senses and deep into your body.
I like to host these workshops on the New Moon because I experience them as particularly energetic periods. It is a time of expansion; new intentions, new ideas, creations, ways of thinking. We will use various techniques of Breathwork to connect to this distinct energy and use it as means to expand from within.
You will leave feeling lighter, softer, more open and connected to your own power. The workshop involves discussion, breathing and processing. No experience necessary. Various tools are used throughout the session to aid in the experience. Optional but recommended: yoga mat, eye pillow, journal.
