Self-love is a vital practice. If self-love is an elusive quality for you there are several simple practices to connect to that part of yourself and begin to heal that rift. Beyond our immediate self, self-love is vital to all relationships. Healthy relationships with romantic partners, family members, colleagues, friends...all required loving ourselves wholly first. To me this means learning to love and embrace the parts of ourselves we might not like.
